This Charleston Single House was built c. 1800 as a rental property by a woman named Margaret White, but is known historically as the “James McBeth House.” The building retained its historic bones while receiving modern updates during its renovation. The kitchen occurs in the “hyphen” portion of the building + included new programming, appliances, cabinetry, tile, and other finishes. We also redesigned the layout of the master bath + closets, media room/office, as well as a few other spaces throughout the home.
