Wadmalaw
This Lowcountry project included a full spectrum “to the studs” renovation with two new construction addition wings added to the east and the west of the main historic building. Once a petite, two room shrimp fisherman’s cottage, this building was given an airy reprogram by adding square footage to the original building. Ceiling heights, floor levels + window styles are just some of the architectural details that fluctuate throughout the house, giving each room its own quirky story. The kitchen is located in one of the newly constructed wings and features counter to ceiling windows.
